Booking with us is easy — simply click the link below to access our online scheduling platform. Our skilled team is ready to take care of you, whether you need a therapeutic massage, a custom facial, or any of our other spa services.

Booking & Deposit Policy

• Credit card required to hold all appointments (online, phone, or in person).

• 50% deposit is charged automatically within 24 hours of your appointment, or at time of booking if scheduling within 24 hours.

• Gift certificate holders: provide your certificate number at booking — your deposit will be applied from the certificate.

• If a card is declined or deposit cannot be collected, we will attempt to reach you — appointments not secured within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be wait-listed or canceled.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Within 24 hours of your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable and rescheduling is not permitted without an additional 50% fee.

• Late arrivals: we offer a 15-minute grace period — your service will still end at the original time. No contact after 15 minutes is considered a forfeited appointment and the full service balance will be charged.

• No-shows are charged the full remaining service balance.

• Package sessions follow the same rules — missed sessions are still deducted from your package.

• All completed service sales are final.

Arrival Guidelines

• Please arrive 10 minutes early — new clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork before your service begins.

• Appointment times include 5–10 minutes for changing and room turnover — your hands-on service time may be affected if your arrive late.
